Social Media, Data Mining & Machine Learning: "Machine Learning, Neural and Statistical Classification"

Today I've found an "out of print" machine learning book that has been made freely avaiable by the editors. The book is"Machine Learning, Neural and Statistical Classification". I haven't read it yet but when I do I'll post about the quality of the book.
